How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  1. Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund.
